Model T2416 Hydraulic Thruster 225hp- runs great !!

Model T2416 Hydraulic Thruster shown is a Twin drive unit upgrade from model T2416. This unit is equipped with a Perkins Tier III compliant 225hp Turbo - Diesel engine and two 24" Manganeze Bronze Kaplan propellers with matched Stainless Steel nozzles. The industrial powerplant combination of this unit, with radiator cooling, is ideal for brown/shallow water application and provides certified thrust of 5400lbs. under continuous load. With twin independently controlled drives this machine will turn a barge on its axis or get it where it needs to be in short order.
This machine is powerful, extremely versatile and very durable. Its design allows for multiple applications including shallow or deep water service and is well suited for 40x80 to 30x100 sectional barges. The model T2416 is a turn-key, portable propulsion unit with a typical set up time of 30 - 40 minutes.
