STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 6:00pm CST. The closing time of the lot will be automatically extend an additional 5 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 5 minutes of the lot closing.
LOAD OUT: Winning bidders may pick their items up at 16515 Cornerstone Drive; Belton Missouri on Friday, December 20th from 1-5pm or on Saturday, December 21st from 9am-12pm. Any items left after the specified load out dates will be considered forfeited unless alternate pick up or shipping arrangements are made. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all equipment. Please bring your own packing materials & moving equipment.
