$1,500 down, per lot, the close of auction. ALL DOWN PAYMENTS MUST BE IN THE FORM OF A CASHIERS CHECK MADE OUT TO THE BUYER, balance due at closing within 30 days. Buyer has the right to inspect the property during bidding period. Property sells 'as is' where is, without any warranties expressed or implied. A 10% buyers premium will be added to the final bid price to equal the contract sales price. This contract is not contingent upon the buyer's ability to obtain financing.
