After 27 years in the Canoe Rental & Campground/Resort Business, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Jewell have decided to call it quits and enjoy their time on the family farm. 27 years ago, Mr. Jewell admits, he had no idea how to even lift a canoe, much less navigate one down stream. Since then, the family has enjoyed running a profitable canoe rental business and resort, having met folks from all over the world. All property sells 'As Is, Where Is' without any warranties expressed or implied by the auction company or the sellers. IF a survey is needed where a tract has been split, the cost will be at the sellers expense. No survey will be given on any other tracts.

The winning bidder of Tract #11 where the commercial well is located, agrees to continue to supply water to any tract currently having water run to it.( The concession building and rv lot, and the lot with the 6 cabins). Electric and maintenance will be split by the owners of each tract.

The cabins on tract 4 and the portable building on tract #1 will be sold as personal property.

$5,000 down per parcel- $20,000 down maximum.If 4 or more parcels are purchased, then $20,000 down is all that is due.
