Buyer is welcome to inspect the personal property prior to auction. At auction property sells “as is, where is”.
1. Bidding Agreement:
By registering and bidding at this auction, all bidders agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any additional announcements made by the auctioneer prior to or during the auction. The auctioneer reserves the right to clarify or change terms at any time, either in writing or verbally.
2. Payment Terms:
Cash, Good Checks or Credit Cards.
All unknown bidders must get prior approval from auction company or Sellers prior to writing a Check.
Credit and Debit Cards: Accepted for purchases under $1,000 only.
All debit & credit card transactions will incur a 3.8% processing fee added to the invoice total.
3. Buyer Responsibility:
All items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS,” with no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, including but not limited to any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect all items prior to bidding. Once the auctioneer declares an item “sold,” full responsibility for that item—including the risk of loss, theft, damage, or destruction—immediately transfers to the winning bidder. If the item is lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed after being sold but before payment is made, the winning bidder remains fully liable for payment in full.
No items may be removed until payment has been received in full.
4. Payment Deadline:
All purchases must be paid in full on the day of the auction. Failure to pay as agreed may result in forfeiture of items and bidding privileges.
5. Auctioneer’s Authority:
The auctioneer’s decisions are final on all matters, including disputes between bidders, tie bids, and the right to reject any bid or bidder. The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw or group lots at their sole discretion.
6. Returned Checks or Payment Issues:
Any returned checks or chargebacks will result in a $50 service fee, and the buyer may be subject to legal action and permanent suspension from future auctions.
7. Item Pickup & Removal:
All items must be picked up on the day of the sale. No storage will be provided. Any items not removed by the end of the day may be considered abandoned, and SOLDasap reserves the right to dispose of or resell such items without refund or compensation.
8. Official Announcements on Day of Sale:
Only announcements made by the auctioneer that are clearly identified by the phrase “This is an official announcement changing terms” shall amend, supersede, or take precedence over any previously printed, published, or advertised terms and conditions. No other verbal statements, informal comments, or casual remarks—whether made by the auctioneer, staff, or others—shall be considered valid modifications to the auction terms, nor shall they create any warranty or implied obligation.
9. No Buyer’s Premium:
There is no buyer’s premium for this auction.
10. Liability Waiver:
All persons attending the auction do so at their own risk. SOLDasap, the auctioneer, and property owners are not responsible for accidents, loss, or damage of any kind.
11. Firearms Terms:
Buyer's must be 18 years or older to purchase long guns (rifles and shotguns) and 21 years or age or older to purchase handguns. All firearm buyers must be legal residents of Arkansas and legally permitted to own or possess firearms under state and federal law. By bidding, the buyer certifies they are not prohibited by law from purchasing or possessing firearms. All buyers must provide a valid government issued photo ID at the time of purchase. The name and address must match the name on the bidding registration. NO WARRANTY. Firearms are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" SOLDasap, LLC make no warranties regarding the condition, safety or operability of any firearm. It is the buyers responsibility to have all firearms inspected prior to bidding. The auction company reserved the right to refuse or cancel any sale that may appear unlawful or raise reasonable concern.
