2,427 Sq Ft
Mammoth Spring, Arkansas
Tucked away at 895 Saddler Falls Rd. in Mammoth Spring, Arkansas, this home sits on a large, level lot right along the river. Mature trees and landscaping frame the property, and the river frontage puts the water just steps from your door, with views you can enjoy from inside and out. The quiet, rural setting offers room to breathe and a slower pace of life, without giving up the space and comfort of a full-size home.
It's a place for morning coffee on the deck, long afternoons spread out across the patio, and evenings gathered around the wood stove in the fireplace, upstairs or down. With plenty of parking and room for everyone, it's made for holidays, weekend get-togethers, and the kind of time with family and friends that turns into lasting memories.

Downstairs, the spacious finished basement has three more bedrooms, one bathroom, concrete floors, and a wood stove in a fireplace.
