A Note About Condition
These furnishings have been located in a residence where smoking has occurred. As with all pre-owned furnishings, condition can vary, and items throughout the home may carry a smoke odor, some more noticeably than others, particularly upholstered and textile pieces. We strongly encourage bidders to attend the preview, examine items in person, and bid based on their own inspection.
